As an experienced digital strategist, you’ll facilitate face-to-face website strategy workshops for our not-for-profit clients to help define their website strategy and map this to our technology for the launch their new website. You will guide and challenge clients through our strategy process to create tailored strategic outputs that will help them drive digital returns and impact. This will arm them with the strategic tools to establish and own their digital presence for the long-term. You will also support other website and digital strategy related requirements across our client community.

What you’ll be doing -

Leading website strategy workshops in a group setting, one-to-one or remotely following our defined process
Ensuring the unique needs of each client are met
Creating strategy design brief
Contributing to ongoing refinement and improvement of workshop processes, content, materials and techniques
Working directly with clients after their workshops to support any ongoing digital strategy questions and requests

What we are looking for -

You are highly experienced in digital strategy development and implementation, website project management, digital marketing, content creation and marketing
You have hands-on technical skills, especially using CMS systems and other digital marketing tools.
You are able to confidently lead workshops and inspire a room, whether speaking with interns, volunteers, CEOs or Trustees
You are a brilliant communicator able to capture a room and take people on an inspiring journey of digital discovery whatever their level of experience or digital literacy

Tenacity to handle on-the-spot challenges, difficult conversations and pressures while continually inspiring strategic thinking
The ability to be hands-on and pragmatic in order to find solutions for client needs regardless of barriers or challenges
Analytical skills to review and optimise digital performance and activities using Google Analytics and other relevant tools
Leadership to influence thinking around digital transformation and its value to delivering income and impact
