He was previously Deputy Managing Director & Global Head Of Research & Product Development at LBCG - one of the world's leading media and events companies serving the energy sector.  As Deputy Managing Director, Tom helped grow LBCG from a small start-up to one of the most respected and progressive companies in the industry.  During his time there, he was also involved in transitioning the business into the digital age, helping with the launch of multiple digital content brands.  

He now thrives on bringing this experience from the commercial world into the third sector, using his expertise to help prospective clients identify opportunities for creating transformational impact with their own digital projects.
