As the first member of our Customer Success Team, you will be instrumental in identifying how Raising IT can best serve the needs of our customers as we continue to grow rapidly. At this stage, our Customer Success structure and processes still need to be built. Working closely with the Chief Operations Officer, you'll be tasked with identifying scalable and repeatable ways to ensure that our charity customers achieve success using our product, as well as implementing many of these initiatives and processes.
